When an accident occurs:

• Contact the police while at the accident scene

• Record the following information at the scene

  • Names and contact information of all parties involved
  • Insurance carrier information of parties involved
  • Names and contact information of witnesses
  • Make, model, colour and license plate # of vehicles involved
  • Location of the accident and identity of the responding authority
  • Any police report or accident report numbers
  • Contact Caldwell Roach (1-866-894-4204) or the emergency contact number on your insurance card to report the claim as soon as possible. Have your insurance card or policy number handy. Report any vehicle damage or bodily injury to persons.
